Our MissionThe mission of the Sahasra Deepika Foundation for Education is to provide a vehicle for concerned individuals throughout the world to work together to assist children in need. The initial phase of our project has included the construction and operation of a boarding school for impoverished children in India, the Sahasra Deepika Institute. The success of Sahasra Deepika owes to the generous help of our many supporters and members in the United States and India.
